The San Lorenzo Islands Side-blotched Lizard is an insular endemic found only on Islas Lagartija, Roca Lobos, Salsipuedes, San Lorenzo Norte, and San Lorenzo located in the Municipality of Ensenada in the Gulf of California. Little is known about the distribution of this species on each of these islands.
